About the role
The Saskatchewan Food Industry Development Centre (Food Centre) is an industry leader in contract research, manufacturing and incubation to help companies bring food, beverage and ingredient innovations to market.
Tasks
- supervise production start up and manufacturing of multiple products
- supervise employees to ensure security, safety, food specs, quality assurance of products, sanitation, HACCP and CFIA regulations are followed
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing experience in a food manufacturing company is required
