Production Supervisor

Tasks

• Supervising, coaching, and developing production employees
• Driving production efficiency, productivity, and operational performance
• Maintaining the highest standards of product quality, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety
• Ensuring compliance with GMPs, HACCP, OSHA, SOPs, and sanitation standards
• Coordinating staffing, scheduling, materials, and production priorities
• Collaborating with Sales and Operations to meet customer demands and delivery schedules
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization
• Supporting plant inspections and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized production environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of direct supervisory experience in food or beverage manufacturing; 3+ years preferred
• Experience in fresh or frozen food manufacturing is strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, GMPs, and sanitation practices
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and hold employees accountable

Schedule

• Full-Time, Permanent

Pay

• $85,000+ Base Salary, depending on experience
