Program/Engineering Coordinator

Tasks

• Act as the single point of accountability at the client site
• Own the delivery plan, sprint cadence, and status reporting
• Translate client priorities into actionable offshore team backlogs
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations
• Lead governance meetings and steering committee reviews
• Coordinate with client stakeholders and offshore delivery teams
• Ensure alignment between delivery plans and client priorities

Requirements

• Program and delivery management
• Agile / Scrum methodologies
• SAFe ceremonies and processes
• Sprint planning and release planning
• Delivery tracking and status reporting
• Risk and dependency management
• Client and stakeholder coordination
• Governance and escalation management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or an equivalent qualification from an accredited university
• 3–5 years of relevant program coordination or engineering delivery experience
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently
