Program Manager

Tasks

• Oversees, leads, and administers the setting up and implementation of client’s Salesforce Program.
• Drive the entire efforts for setting up the Salesforce Org, oversee the implement of client’s Salesforce projects, application rewrites, governance, and operations.
• Ensure that any risks to projects are addressed to assist with timely completion and that the final product meets the business, technical, and established quality requirements.

Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce Implementation Projects and Workflow Automation Projects are Key
• 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study
• 7+ years of project management experience in Information Technology projects and a proven track record of handling multiple projects concurrently with successful project delivery results.
• 5+ years of business process analysis
• 3+ years of workflow automation
• 3+ years of Salesforce experience
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Large-scale Salesforce implementation experience is preferred.
• Project Management PMP credentials is preferred.
• Experience leading digital workflow automation projects preferred.

Schedule

• 12 months contract
• 4 days remote, 1 day Onsite
