We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale financial services programs, drive digital transformation, and oversee complex portfolios of strategic initiatives across Finance, Banking, and Insurance.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Lead large-scale, multi-year programs involving multiple projects, cross-functional teams, and strategic business initiatives.
Drive digital transformation and align technology roadmaps with business objectives.
Manage program portfolios, KPIs, financial forecasts, budgets, and business cases.
Establish governance frameworks and ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and expected business benefits.
Partner with senior business and technology executives across Banking and Insurance.
Manage risks, dependencies, vendors, and stakeholder relationships.
Build, mentor, and develop high-performing project and program management teams.
Identify opportunities for technology innovation, including AI-driven program management solutions.
✅ Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; relevant Masters/MBA/Doctorate may qualify candidates with 6+ years of experience.
10+ years of relevant experience in program management (6+ years with qualifying advanced degree).
Extensive experience in digital transformation within large financial services organizations.Strong expertise in strategic planning, portfolio management, and complex program delivery.
Working knowledge of Banking, Insurance, Finance, Accounting, and Finance Data amp; Technology platforms.
At least 3 years of experience managing teams.
Strong financial management, governance, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
