Program Manager Level 1 – Insurance Solutions

Tasks

• Lead multiple technology initiatives

Requirements

• 7+ years of IT Project Management / Program Management experience
• Strong experience in the Insurance domain - Life, P&C, or Health Insurance
• Knowledge of insurance processes, including underwriting, policy administration, and claims processing
• Experience managing project plans, budgets, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
• Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and team management skills
• Preferred: PMP, PgMP, or Scrum certifications
• Preferred: Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, or similar insurance platforms
• Preferred: Background in insurance technology transformation and enterprise IT implementations
• Candidates must be willing to work onsite
