Program Operations Consultant

Are you a highly organized Project Coordinator or Operations Specialist looking for your next challenge in the financial services space? We are seeking a Program Operations Consultant to join our team at 51 Madison Ave, NYC. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end execution of our Financial Wellbeing Program—managing workflows from agent onboarding and workshop coordination to compliance and reporting.

🕒 Schedule: Hybrid (Mon/Fri Remote | Tues-Thurs Onsite)
📅 Duration: 12 Months (with potential extension)
💼 Experience: 3+ years in program operations, project management, or process management.

What you’ll do:
- Own the Rhythm: Manage daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables across onboarding, workshops, and compliance.
- Platform & Logistics Setup: Execute end-to-end agent/employer onboarding and manage workshop tracking.
- Data & Compliance: Maintain content libraries, perform CMS reviews, and generate program reports.
- Process Improvement: Identify automation opportunities and document workflows into a single source of truth.

What we’re looking for:
- Strong tech aptitude (Advanced Excel, JIRA, Qualtrics, Calendly).
- Exceptional attention to detail (spotting errors before they hit production).
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or regulated environments is a huge plus!
