Programmer Analyst – Data Solutions

Requirements

• Strong SQL development and query optimization
• Python and Spark/PySpark
• Snowflake and modern cloud data platforms
• Microsoft Fabric and lakehouse architecture
• Delta Lake, Apache Iceberg, partitioning, and performance tuning
• Data integration, transformation, and pipeline development
• Data quality, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
• Distributed data processing and large-scale analytics
• 6+ years of relevant experience in data engineering, software development, BI, or data solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop, test, deploy, and support scalable data solutions
• Comfortable collaborating with architects, engineers, and technical leads
• Preferred: Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Factory, and Notebooks
• Preferred: Power BI and Semantic Models
• Preferred: AWS data and analytics services
• Preferred: Data modeling, metadata management, and data lineage
• Preferred: Financial Services or financial reporting domain experience
• Preferred: Agile methodologies and Git-based development workflows
