About the role

Sundt Construction is a 100% employee-owned contractor focused on building long-term prosperity for clients, communities, and employee-owners. The Project Administrator provides administrative, secretarial, and clerical support to the project and maintains professional working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. This position is entry level for individuals with limited experience in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with owner billings, coordinate receipt of owner funds, and coordinate release of subcontractor payments.
  • Assist with project close-out as requested by the project team, perform duties required by the project close-out checklist, and generate and audit equipment, labor, material, subcontractor committed, cost, and job cost reports.
  • Ensure required compliance records, including certified payroll, minority craft hiring goals, monthly utilization reports, and daily manpower reports for all contractors on the project, are completed accurately and on time, and are on file and ready for auditing.
  • Maintain and distribute the Billing Status Report.
  • Track executed subcontracts.
  • May supervise and provide training for the Project Secretary and participate in that employee’s Individual Development Review.
