Project Control Officer

🚨 We're Hiring: Project Control Officer (PCO) – Data, AI & Cloud Portfolio | Toronto, ON
I'm looking for an experienced Project Control Officer (5–7 years) to support financial management, project governance, and executive reporting within the Data, AI & Cloud Portfolio of one of our major banking clients.
📍 Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid (2–4 days onsite/week)
📅 Contract: ~11 months (Nov 30, 2026 – Oct 29, 2027)
🕒 Hours: 37.5 hours/week
🔖 Job IDs: 42221 / 42360
🔍 Key Requirements:
✅ 5–7 years of financial project management or PCO experience, preferably within banking or large enterprise environments.
✅ Experience managing financials for complex, high-risk projects with budgets of $10M+.
✅ Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, accruals, invoice tracking, financial reconciliation, and variance analysis.
✅ Experience preparing consolidated portfolio financial reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
✅ Proficiency with CA PPM/Clarity, MS Project, PowerPoint, and project governance tools.
✅ Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, project financial controls, and audit compliance.
⭐ Nice to Have:
PMP certification
Vendor and contract management experience
Executive reporting and data visualization skills
