Job description
Tasks
- Preparing permits, budgets, and tender documents
- Managing RFQs, RFIs, and submittals
- Acting as the key connector between trades, suppliers, consultants, and municipal staff
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in the construction industry
- Multi-family experience is considered an asset
- A degree or diploma in engineering, construction management or an equivalent field is required
- A solid understanding of the construction process, including permits, tendering, RFIs and submittals
