Job description
About the role
General Contractor specializing in large-scale institutional construction projects across the Greater Toronto Area.
Requirements
- Experience working on projects such as schools, hospitals, long-term care facilities, community centres, libraries, and other institutional buildings.
- Experience with General Contractors in the ICI construction sector.
- Exposure to large-scale institutional projects, preferably new builds ($20M–$100M).
- A university degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering discipline.
- Strong construction project coordination experience.
- A background in institutional construction is especially important for these opportunities.
