🚨 We’re Hiring | Project Coordinator / Project Control Officer (PCO) – Intermediate
I’m looking for an experienced Project Coordinator / PCO to support large-scale Corporate Enterprise Real Estate and Workplace Experience initiatives with a leading financial institution in Toronto.
📍 Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid
⏳ Contract: 4 months, with potential for a 12+ month extension
💼 Experience: 3–5 years
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 3–5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Control Officer (PCO), or in a similar project support role.
✅ Strong experience with project governance, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
✅ Advanced PowerPoint skills, along with proficiency in Excel, Word, and Microsoft 365.
✅ Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities.
Nice to Have:
Previous experience supporting project closure or closeout activities.
Experience with Microsoft Project or Planview.
Experience with Tableau.
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or comparable enterprise AI platforms in a professional environment.
Experience supporting large, complex projects or working in a large enterprise.
Corporate Enterprise Real Estate, construction or move-management project exposure
