Key Responsibilities Oversee engineering project lifecycles from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and specifications. Collaborate with project teams to develop project plans, monitor progress, and implement strategies to mitigate risks. Facilitate effective communication between various stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Lead project meetings to review progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Utilize technical skills to provide engineering solutions that meet project requirements and enhance performance. Promote a culture of continuous improvement by researching industry innovations and best practices. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field. Strong communication, technical skills, time management, and problem-solving abilities. 5+ years of experience in project engineering or related roles. Proficiency with project management software and engineering tools. Preferred certifications: PMP or equivalent project management certification.
