PROJECT IN CHARGE (PLUMBING)

With experience in Plumbing works.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Engineering, or any related course.
- With proven experience as Project In Charge in Plumbing works.
- Knowledgeable in plumbing systems, materials, methods, and installation.
- With strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Can read and interpret plans, specifications and BQ.
- With experience managing site operations, manpower and materials.
- Master plumber is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and manage all plumbing works on site
- Ensure work is done on time, with budget, and in accordance with plans and specifications
- Coordinate with project team, consultants, and other trades
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements
- Prepare reports and updates for management
