Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree, 4-year course graduate preferred
• 3-5 years/ experience in similar field and in the role
• Field Marketing Execution / Operations Management Skills such as planning, extensive experience in project management including schedule. Cost resources and risk management
• Merchandising, promo management, or events coordination
• Strong leadership and motivational ability
• Strong Analytical Skills and Problem-solving skills

Main Duties:
• Oversees the end-to-end execution of in-store and event based merchandising and marketing activities in a specific field territory.
• Manages Team Leads and ensures full complement of manpower to support the project.
• Translate program goals into on-the-ground implementation, ensuring campaigns and programs are executed flawlessly, on time, within budget, and align with brand objectives.
