The Project Manager oversees project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with expeditors, vendors, and internal teams; monitoring procurement and deliveries; and tracking construction progress to identify and resolve issues. The role requires conducting inspections, reviewing documentation, managing logistics activities, and maintaining alignment with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The Project Manager prepares status reports, facilitates project meetings, and supports decision-making to keep stakeholders informed and projects on track.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage purchase orders, track materials, and ensure timely delivery of critical items.Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify construction work, documentation, and adherence to quality and regulatory requirements.Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to oversee material flow, site logistics, and coordination between suppliers and construction teams.Relevant experience in construction projects within pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, or industrial environments is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Proficiency with project management software and standard office tools, and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with capacity to work collaboratively on-site and adapt to changing project needs.
