Project Manager - Commercial Interiors

Your new company:A respected DC based commercial general contractor specializing in delivering top-quality office, retail, office, government and healthcare interior construction projects throughout Northern Virginia and the DC area are hiring a Project Manager. Position has been generated due to the continued growth of the organization and we are looking for either a seasoned APM looking for career growth, or a current Project Manager looking for an exciting new challenge.

Your new role:You will be responsible for delivering commercial construction interior projects from inception through completion. Likely you would be managing 3-5 projects at various stages simultaneously and range from $500K – 5M.
You will be supported by a dedicated preconstruction, accounting, and administrative team in the office, as well as a Superintendent in the field. Your primary responsibilities will include contract management, financial oversight, schedule management, along with leading all correspondence with the client and key vendors.
What you'll need to succeed:6+ years’ experience working for a general contractor delivering interior construction projects in the values of $500K - $5M range.Ideally you will have mixed commercial construction experience including medical, retail and office.Have led projects as a Project Manager position where you been responsible for the full delivery of your projects.Degree qualified preferred but not essential.Comfortable with being on-site visiting job sites across the DC and Northern VA area.
