Role Description This full-time Project Manager role is based in Jupiter, FL. The Project Manager oversees construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing subcontractors and vendors, monitoring progress, and addressing project risks or issues. The role involves reviewing plans and specifications, organizing inspections, managing permits, and ensuring compliance with local codes and safety regulations. The Project Manager will also handle project documentation, communicate regularly with clients and internal teams, and support continuous process improvements across projects.
QualificationsCandidates should possess project coordination and oversight skills, including Project Management and Logistics Management.Candidates should possess quality control and compliance skills, including Inspection and related construction inspection experience.Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices, building codes, and safety standards.Proficiency with project management software and basic office productivity tools.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple deadlines, and work on-site throughout project phases.Relevant experience in general contracting; a degree or certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
