Job description
Tasks
- Design and manage portfolio tools, processes, and governance routines
- Build and maintain Tableau or Power BI dashboards covering health, risks, milestones, and KPIs
- Facilitate gating, readiness reviews, dependency management, and release planning across internal and vendor teams
- Translate portfolio data into clear recommendations and executive updates
- Use approved AI tools to speed up analysis and reporting, with human review
Requirements
- 5+ years in program, project, or portfolio management, ideally in technology, banking, payments, or financial services
- Strong grasp of Agile/SDLC frameworks, prioritization, and dependency management
- Hands-on Tableau and/or Power BI experience
- Strong data-quality focus and executive communication skills
- Experience coordinating with external banking or technology partners
- Payments or banking experience preferred
