Project Manager (IT)

Tasks

• Manage end-to-end IT project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Define project scope, requirements, deliverables, milestones, and release plans.
• Lead project teams and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Track Agile/Scrum sprints, project status, risks, and key decisions.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, quality assurance, and risk mitigation.
• Prepare executive-level status reports, presentations, and decision memos.
• Coordinate change management, change control, and project documentation.
• Facilitate technical discussions related to REST APIs and healthcare interoperability concepts.
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies, standards, and security procedures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience
• Minimum 2 years of IT delivery program experience
• 3+ years in a project leadership capacity
• Mandatory PMP certification from PMI
• Agile/Scrum or Hybrid Project Management
• Azure DevOps or GitHub Projects
• REST API concepts and FHIR R4 or similar interoperability standards
• Project Planning, Risk Management, and Quality Assurance
• Stakeholder Management and Executive Reporting
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
