About the role

Vertiv is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager. The IT Project Manager plans, executes, and supervises technology projects, serving as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver solutions on time, within budget, and within project scope.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope; manage budget, people, and technology resources; monitor progress; mitigate risks; assure quality; and communicate with stakeholders.
• Use methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall to align projects with organizational objectives, assign tasks, and lead project teams.
• Drive complex engagements across the globe and lead transformation engagements focused on Agile work methodologies.
• Promote a customer-centric mindset and digital opportunities through an innovative journey from ideation to commercialization.
• Lead projects through the full lifecycle with cross-functional delivery teams.
• Drive the development and implementation of program management capabilities across the practice.
• Mentor a team of high-performing consultants and participate in organization-building initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience with Agile methodologies and leadership as a Project Manager, Product Owner, and Scrum Master within SAFe projects.
• Experience helping build Agile ways-of-working transformation programs for client IT organizations.
• Ability to lead teams, mentor junior team members, and collaborate across teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• At least one recognized project management certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Power-point, Excel, and tools like Jira.
• Preferred experience: 8-15 years, with at least 6+ years...
