Job description
TekBricks is hiring a full-time Project Manager in Waxhaw, North Carolina. Lead projects from initiation through completion, delivering on schedule, within scope and budget, and in line with quality requirements. This is an on-site role and is not eligible for remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within scope and budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and reports.
- Coordinate resources, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project progress and identify and resolve issues and risks.
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
- Maintain quality standards and follow company processes.
- Conduct project reviews and provide regular status updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience as a project manager.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or Trello.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
- Experience managing software development or IT projects.
- Strong client relationship and management experience.
Compensation and Employment
