Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily property operations including tenant communications and maintenance request handling.
- Organize and maintain property files and records for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate property inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Support leasing activities by scheduling appointments and assisting potential tenants.
- Manage communication and relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling and correspondence for the property management team.
- Monitor rent collection and follow up on late payments as necessary.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in property management or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with property management software preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year relevant administrative experience.
As part of our collaborative team, you will report directly to the Property Manager and work closely with leasing and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction. This role is not remote and requires presence in Philadelphia, PA.
