Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor's degree in any business-related course
✔ Preferred Male
✔ Experience in purchasing or procurement is an advantage
✔ Strong negotiation and communication skills
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
✔ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
✔ Willing to work in a fast-paced construction environment

Key Responsibilities:
✔Source and negotiate with suppliers
✔Request and compare quotations
✔Prepare Purchase Orders (PO)
✔Monitor deliveries and supplier performance
✔Coordinate procurement requirements with project and office personnel
✔Maintain accurate purchasing records
