Python/AI Developer – Agentic AI

Tasks

• Modernize legacy codebases into modern Python-based technology stacks.
• Develop Python web applications, backend services, and automation workflows.
• Design, develop, test, and optimize enterprise automation solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Core Python Development.
• Strong understanding of Python syntax, data structures, OOP, and design principles.
• Experience developing AI applications and building Agentic AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into workflows.
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and model interaction design.
• Experience with Spec-Driven Development.
• Proficiency in Python frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Experience with Python data/ML libraries: Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.
• Experience with unit testing tools such as Pytest and Unittest.
• 6+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-scale automation systems.
• Strong understanding of process engineering and process re-engineering.
• Experience developing workflow-based solutions and automating processes using queues.
• Experience creating and maintaining reusable custom libraries.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and other AI-assisted development tools.
• Ability to generate Python applications, backend services, and automation solutions using AI tools.
• Review and validate AI-generated code for correctness, quality, OOP principles, and engineering standards.
• Use AI-assisted tools to generate and execute unit tests.
• Build AI-driven components using Agentic AI frameworks and Copilot extensibility.
