Job description
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Python, FAST, Flask APIs, and API integrations.
- Strong experience with Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Experience integrating Python applications and APIs with Java-based systems and databases.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, DB2, MongoDB, or Snowflake.
- Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Experience with AI-driven SDLC, Spec-Driven Development, and Agentic AI orchestration.
- Preferred: Fixed Income, Equity, Capital Markets, or Financial Services domain experience.
- Preferred: Experience with business users in Capital Markets.
- Preferred: Frontend experience with Angular or React.
- Preferred: Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development.
- Preferred: Experience reimagining business workflows using Agentic orchestration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-driven, innovative, and comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
