We are looking for an experienced Python Full stack Lead with strong expertise in Python, distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, microservices, and modern frontend technologies.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with React and TypeScript, along with deep expertise in at least one major cloud platform — AWS, Azure, or GCP. AWS experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Design scalable, cloud-native microservices using Python and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
Define HLD/LLD, API contracts, and architecture standards.
Design REST/gRPC APIs, API gateways, authentication, authorization, and integration patterns.
Build event-driven and asynchronous architectures using Kafka or cloud-native messaging services.
Apply distributed systems patterns such as Saga, CQRS, Outbox, Circuit Breaker, and Retry/Backoff.
Design highly available solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, serverless, and managed cloud services.
Ensure application and infrastructure security.
Guide frontend architecture using React and TypeScript.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, production-ready solutions.
Technical Requirements:
Backend: Python 3.x, FastAPI, Flask/Django, asyncio, concurrency, and performance optimization.
Frontend: React, TypeScript, Hooks, Redux, and React Query.
Cloud: AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP.
Architecture: Microservices, Distributed Systems, Event-Driven Architecture, DDD, and Cloud-Native Design.
Messaging: Kafka, AWS EventBridge, SNS, SQS, Kinesis, or equivalent.
Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, DynamoDB, MongoDB, Cosmos DB, or Cassandra.
DevOps & Security: Docker, Kubernetes, IAM, OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, and monitoring.
Preferred Experience:
Retail and eCommerce domain experience.
Headless CMS, headless search, and composable commerce.
High-volume transaction processing and multi-region architectures.
