Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software testing and QA leadership
- At least 3 years of experience as a QA Lead at USAA
- Strong experience with Billing, Base, Salesforce, and test automation
- Hands-on experience with Playwright for UI and API testing
- Experience in QA strategy, test planning, defect management, and release governance
- All visa types welcome except H-1B transfers
