Position Overview:

The Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer ensures that products, materials, and processes meet company quality standards and customer requirements. This role oversees quality control stages throughout the production line, monitors key performance indicators, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.

The QA Engineer conducts root cause analysis, implements corrective actions, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality control stages in production and monitor First Pass Yield (FPY) daily.
• Ensure each step of the manufacturing process adheres to quality standards and customer requirements.
• Work closely with QC inspectors to ensure inspection processes are effective and aligned with standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address manufacturing defects and improve overall quality levels.
• Analyze data, lead team meetings, and develop solutions to eliminate or mitigate recurring issues.
• Track quality yield rates, identify trends, and implement corrective actions across all manufacturing plants.
• Respond promptly to customer complaints and ensure timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs related to quality, efficiency, and productivity, and work toward achieving defined goals.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure product designs are compatible with manufacturing capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in quality assurance or related manufacturing quality roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and KPIs.
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions effectively.

Work Type: Full-time, on-site position (remote not eligible).
