Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent experience25 years of experience in software testing for midlevel roles adaptable for juniorseniorStrong understanding of SDLC and STLCExperience with manual testing and test case design techniquesFamiliarity with defect tracking and test management tools eg JIRA TestRail ALMExperience working in AgileScrum environmentsGood analytical and problemsolving skillsExcellent attention to detail and communication skills
