QA Engineer – ServiceNow & Automation in Mexico City

Sagar Suryawanshi is seeking a skilled QA Engineer with expertise in ServiceNow and Automation to join our team in Mexico City. This 12-month contract role offers a collaborative environment where your quality assurance skills will directly impact software excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for ServiceNow applications.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to understand requirements and provide functional feedback.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Document detailed test cases, results, and defect reports for transparency and tracking.
• Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to influence quality standards.
• Identify and recommend improvements in software and testing processes.
• Continuously update knowledge on QA methodologies and automation tools.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience in test automation, especially with ServiceNow platforms.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies.
• Hands-on expertise with automation tools and scripting languages.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in QA engineering or related roles.
