Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications. The candidate will be responsible for testing web and/or mobile applications, identifying defects, and working closely with development teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze requirements and prepare test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications
Execute functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing
Identify, log, and track defects using defect-tracking tools
Collaborate with developers and business analysts to resolve issues
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups
Validate fixes and ensure issues are resolved before release
Ensure applications meet quality standards and client expectations

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of manual testing concepts
Experience in SDLC & STLC
Hands-on experience with test case creation and execution
Knowledge of defect life cycle
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, TestRail, ALM
Basic understanding of SQL and databases
Good analytical and communication skills
