QA Specialist

Tasks

• Develop software quality assurance plans, test strategies, and procedures.
• Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts and scalable test suites.
• Manage test cases, defect tracking, and quality metrics.
• Write SQL queries and support database testing.
• Investigate software defects and coordinate resolutions with development teams.
• Conduct quality audits and review technical documentation.
• Support testing throughout Agile and Waterfall development lifecycles.

Requirements

• 11+ years developing software quality assurance plans and test procedures.
• 11+ years reporting defect status and quality metrics.
• 8+ years of automated testing using HP QTP, UFT, TestComplete, or Selenium.
• 8+ years using HP Quality Center and ALM for test cases and defect management.
• 8+ years leading functional and automated testing efforts.
• 8+ years supporting UI and regression testing.
• 5+ years of advanced SQL query writing.
• 5+ years of healthcare operations business process knowledge.
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle 11g or 12c databases.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience of 15+ years.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
