EXPERIENCE
2–3 Years of Relevant Experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Quality Assurance
• Implement and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, approved drawings, contract requirements, and building details.
• Develop and monitor inspection and test plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and QCC Procedures.
• Conduct quality control inspections and/or audits.
• Maintain accurate quality records for all activities.
• Document and report deviations and corrective actions.

Quality Control
• Conduct regular inspections of civil, structural, architectural, and MEPFS works.
• Verify materials/material compliance with approved submittals and technical specs.
• Monitor testing activities (concrete, steel reinforcement, soil, welding, etc.).
• Conduct on-site work verification and ensure compliance with approved standards.
• Coordinate with accredited laboratories and ensure timely submission of test results.

Documentation and Reporting
• Prepare and maintain quality records, MTRs, WIRs, and NCRs.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions with closure.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and turnover to the Construction Management.
• Coordinate with other parties to ensure quality documentation is complete.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; PRC license is preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience as a QA/QC Engineer, preferably in building or hospital construction.
• Solid knowledge of quality standards, testing procedures, and building codes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willing to work in Taguig City.
