QA/QC Engineer (Construction)

We are seeking a dedicated QA/QC Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the quality of work and ensure compliance with project specifications. Perform detailed material testing to verify that materials used meet industry standards and project requirements. Document and report any non-conformance issues and oversee corrective actions to ensure compliance. Collaborate with the construction team to implement quality assurance protocols on-site. Assist in the development and maintenance of quality documentation and compliance records. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to address quality-related concerns and facilitate resolutions. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety within the workforce. Required and Preferred Qualifications B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. Proven experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control in construction, ideally with a minimum of 3 years. Strong knowledge of construction materials, IS Codes, and compliance standards. Familiarity with documentation processes and quality management systems. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Experience with safety protocols and practices on construction sites.
