Balaji Constructions is seeking a dedicated QA/QC Engineer to join our construction team in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh . Key Responsibilities Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and ensure adherence to project specifications. Perform detailed material testing to verify compliance with industry standards and project requirements. Document and report non-conformance issues; oversee corrective actions to maintain compliance. Collaborate with construction teams to implement and maintain quality assurance protocols on-site. Assist in developing and maintaining quality documentation and compliance records. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to resolve quality-related concerns. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety among the workforce. Required and Preferred Qualifications B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control within construction. Strong knowledge of construction materials, IS Codes, and compliance standards. Familiarity with quality management systems and documentation processes. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Experience with construction site safety protocols and practices. As part of our highly skilled QA/QC team, you will report directly to the QA/QC Manager and collaborate closely with project teams to uphold Balaji Constructions’ strong reputation for quality and safety.
