Job description
QS Partner (SERVICE CREW)
• Serves customers efficiently
• Assists customers with their needs and special requests, Ensures assistance is met.
• Assists on training activity for the new QS Partners as requested
• Ensures on time submission of sales reports and deposit of sales following the timeline provided by the Head Office.
• Adheres to the company protocols, sanitation standards and safety procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Finished highschool or any vocational graduate
• At least two (2) year work experience in the same role, in the same capacity in restaurants and other food industries
• Ability to multi task and manage requests on a timely manner
• With crowd management expertise
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service prowess
• Knowledge in using excel
• Experience in systematized sales recording is a plus
