Quality Analyst (Travel Sales) in Cebu City, Cebu

Gratitude Inc is hiring a detail-oriented Quality Analyst (Travel Sales) for a full-time, on-site role in Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines. In this position, you will help improve customer satisfaction and operational performance by evaluating travel sales processes, analyzing feedback, and supporting service quality across the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality assessments and audits of travel sales processes to verify compliance with company standards.
• Review customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
• Partner with the sales team to develop training manuals and quality guidelines.
• Facilitate training sessions on customer interactions and service standards.
• Prepare and present monthly reports on quality metrics and findings to senior management.
• Support quality improvement projects that strengthen operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Two to three years of experience in quality analysis or a related role.
• Experience in quality assurance; travel or sales industry experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of industry-standard quality management certifications is a plus.

Compensation and Employment

This is a full-time, on-site position in Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines. The listed pay amount is 30000 per year.
