A Day in the Life of a Quality Assurance Rater As a Quality Assurance Rater, you will conduct detailed assessments of search results and AI responses, providing valuable feedback that enhances AI model accuracy and search quality. Your evaluations will help maintain the high standards our clients expect. Key Responsibilities Assess search results and AI-generated content for quality, relevance, accuracy, and usefulness. Perform online research to verify information supporting your rating decisions. Consistently apply rating guidelines while upholding quality standards. Document edge cases, guideline gaps, and any task-related issues. Provide clear, written feedback and rationale for your ratings when necessary. Participate in training, calibration sessions, and ongoing quality reviews. Meet productivity goals while ensuring high-quality output.
