TELUS Digital is hiring a remote Quality Assurance Rater who speaks Hindi for a flexible, part-time opportunity based in Delhi, India. Help improve search engines and AI technologies by evaluating search results and AI-generated content for quality, relevance, accuracy, and usefulness.

Role overview

As a Quality Assurance Rater, you will assess search results and AI responses, research information to support your decisions, and provide ratings and feedback that help improve search quality and AI model performance. You will apply detailed guidelines consistently and help maintain the quality standards clients rely on.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate search results and AI-generated content for quality, relevance, accuracy, and usefulness.
• Conduct online research to verify information and support rating decisions.
• Apply rating guidelines consistently and meet productivity expectations while maintaining accuracy.
• Document edge cases, guideline gaps, and task inconsistencies.
• Provide clear written feedback and reasoning when required.
• Participate in training, calibration sessions, and ongoing quality reviews.

Pay and work arrangement

• Pay: $8 USD per hour; payment is based on completed tasks.
• Job type: Part-time, remote.
• Location: Delhi, Delhi, India.
