Job Description
As a Quality Assurance (QA) Team Lead, you will monitor and evaluate the quality of inbound and outbound telephone calls, as well as other customer contact methods such as email and chat. Your role includes ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards, documenting quality issues, and providing feedback to improve team performance.
You will manage and oversee short-term activities within your team, supervise less experienced professionals, and take responsibility for delivering high-quality results. This position requires a comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance processes and the ability to independently generate workload and improve day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions for quality and compliance.
- Document quality issues and performance metrics for management review.
- Provide feedback and training support to team members.
- Manage and lead a team of individual contributors.
- Execute specialized projects and improve operational processes.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a QA Team Lead.
- Strong background in the travel industry, preferably with Expedia accounts.
- Experience with IGT, WNS, or Foundever is highly preferred.
- Previous BPO experience is a must.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Taguig, Philippines. The role requires working night shifts at MOA and McKinley locations.
