CazVid is hiring a dedicated Bilingual Quality Assurance Tester to join our innovative technology team in Mexico City, Mexico. This full-time role is perfect for professionals passionate about software quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for diverse software applications.
- Identify, report, and track software defects promptly using industry-standard defect tracking tools.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to fully understand application functionality and requirements.
- Participate in requirement and design reviews to enhance testability and validation processes.
- Conduct regression testing and maintain detailed documentation of all testing outcomes.
- Support the development and implementation of automation testing strategies to improve QA efficiency.
- Provide bilingual communication support (English and Spanish) to facilitate effective collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 2-4 years of experience with software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Proficiency with testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail.
- Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications like ISTQB or CSTE are advantageous.
