Key Responsibilities Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for diverse software applications. Identify, report, and track software defects promptly using standard defect tracking tools like JIRA. Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand application functionality and requirements. Participate in requirement and design reviews to enhance testability and validation processes. Perform thorough regression testing and maintain detailed documentation of all testing outcomes. Assist in developing automation testing strategies to improve quality assurance efficiency. Provide bilingual support in English and Spanish to facilitate clear communication between teams and stakeholders. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 2-4 years of experience with software testing methodologies and processes. Proficiency with testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JIRA, or TestRail. Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish. Exceptional attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Relevant certifications like ISTQB or CSTE are an advantage.
