Job description
CazVid is hiring a full-time Bilingual Quality Assurance Tester in Mexico City, Mexico. In this on-site role, you will help ensure software quality and functionality, supporting customer satisfaction and product success. You will collaborate with technology teams in a creative, growth-oriented workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for software applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects using standard defect-tracking tools.
- Work with developers and product managers to understand requirements and application functionality.
- Participate in requirements and design reviews, providing feedback on testability and validation.
- Conduct regression testing and maintain clear records of results.
- Help develop automation testing strategies to improve QA efficiency.
- Provide bilingual English-Spanish support for communication between teams and stakeholders.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with software testing methods and processes; 2–4 years preferred.
- Familiarity with tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JIRA, or TestRail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- ISTQB, CSTE, or other relevant certification is a plus.
