Bilingual Quality Assurance Tester Job in Mexico City, Mexico

CazVid is looking for a dedicated Bilingual Quality Assurance Tester to join our innovative technology team in Mexico City, Mexico. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products, directly impacting customer satisfaction and company success.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
• Identify, report, and track software defects promptly using standard defect tracking tools.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand application requirements and functionality.
• Participate in requirement and design reviews to provide valuable input on testability and validation.
• Perform regression testing and maintain detailed documentation of test results.
• Assist in developing automation testing strategies to improve quality assurance efficiency.
• Provide bilingual support to facilitate clear communication between teams and stakeholders.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in software testing methodologies and processes.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or TestRail.
• Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant certifications like ISTQB or CSTE are a plus.
