Quality Control Administrator

Role OverviewThe Quality Control Administrator is a full-time remote contract position responsible for reviewing, processing, and delivering all media output produced by our photography and videography team. This person sits at the center of our production workflow and is the final checkpoint before any media reaches our clients. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background in photo editing and post-production, an exceptional eye for detail, outstanding written English communication skills, and the flexibility to learn and master new tools as our business grows.This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Latin America. You will work closely with our Nashville-based admin and photography team and must be available during core U.S. Central Time business hours. Schedule and CompensationThis is an independent contractor role compensated at $12.00 USD per hour. Two schedule options are available:Option A: Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day (40 hours/week)Option B: Monday through Friday, 6.5 hours per day, plus Saturday and Sunday, 3 hours per day (38.5 hours/week)Candidates must be available during U.S. Central Time business hours regardless of schedule option. Professional written and spoken English is required, as this role includes direct client-facing communication. Core ResponsibilitiesPhoto Quality ControlPerform thorough quality control review on all MLS and editorial photography before client deliveryEdit and correct photos in Adobe Lightroom Classic and Adobe Photoshop to meet Nashville Media Co. standardsMaintain consistent color grading, exposure, white balance, and retouching quality across all deliverablesEvaluate and ensure that all editorial and lifestyle imagery meets our luxury brand standardLot Line Addition for Drone PhotographyAccurately draw and add property lot lines to drone photos for all applicable listingsUse platforms such as Regrid to research and verify parcel boundariesLog into our delivery platform (HD Photo Hub) to verify the property address and lot size prior to drawingCommunicate proactively with the photography team when clarification is neededUpload completed lot line images into HD Photo Hub accurately and in a timely mannerAI-Powered Photo EnhancementsUse Higgs Field AI to convert daytime photos into virtual twilight photographyApply virtual staging, green grass replacement, and other AI enhancement workflows as neededCandidates with prior Higgs Field experience are strongly preferred; candidates without must demonstrate a clear ability and willingness to learn and integrate this tool into their daily workflowMedia Sorting, Organization, and DeliverySort and sequence all photo galleries in a logical, aesthetically driven order within HD Photo HubGather and upload all media assets into each client profile delivery page, including CubicaSA floor plans, Zillow 3D tours, Matterport 3D tours, and video filesEnsure that all deliverables are accurate, complete, and properly organized before the client profile is finalizedVideo Management and Vimeo AccountUpload all horizontal listing videos to Vimeo and manage the company Vimeo accountReview all incoming video edit requests, coordinate with the local admin team, and ensure changes are executed and updated in a timely mannerUpdate Vimeo links and the client media site after any revision is completedReview video edit requests submitted through Elevate your creative workflow to an art form. and communicate change notes to the video editing teamClient and Team CommunicationMonitor and respond to client messages through our team communication platform (Oura) for light client-facing requestsHandle routine client requests independently, such as updated floor plan measurements, video revisions, or re-delivery of assets, from start to finish without requiring escalationCommunicate professionally, clearly, and with hospitality in every client and team interactionCoordinate with the internal admin team and photography team as needed to resolve open itemsPortrait and Lifestyle Photo EditingEdit portrait and lifestyle photos using Imagine AI integrated with Lightroom ClassicDeliver high-quality retouched images that reflect our brand aesthetic without requiring outsourcingTake full ownership of this growing service line within the business QualificationsRequiredExtensive hands-on experience with Adobe Lightroom Classic and Adobe PhotoshopStrong background in photography, photo editing, or a related creative fieldExperience in editorial or commercial photo editing with a demonstrated high standard of qualityExcellent attention to detail with the ability to catch inconsistencies across large volumes of imagesProfessional written and spoken English proficiencyReliable high-speed internet connection and a capable computer setup for photo and video workAvailability during U.S. Central Time business hoursAbility to work independently, manage multiple deliverables, and communicate proactively across a remote teamPreferredPrior experience with Higgs Field AI or comparable AI photo enhancement platformsFamiliarity with HD Photo Hub or similar real estate media delivery platformsExperience with Regrid or comparable parcel mapping toolsExperience with Vimeo account management and video file handlingExperience with Elevate your creative workflow to an art form. for video review and revision workflowsBackground in real estate photography or real estate media productionExperience with Imagine AI or similar AI-assisted Lightroom editing toolsExperience with graphic design tools beyond the Adobe Suite Who You AreYou take pride in your craft and hold yourself to a standard that most people would call excessive.
