Quality Documentation Specialist Manufacturing

Openwork is seeking an experienced Quality Documentation Specialist to join a growing manufacturing team in Houston. This position will support quality documentation, document control, PPAP packages, engineering changes, and manufacturing compliance. Key Responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and maintaining PPAP documentation, managing controlled documents, maintaining document revisions, supporting quality, engineering, and production teams, assisting with audits, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance, and identifying process improvements. Requirements include 3+ years of manufacturing quality, experience with PPAP, ECNs, ECOs, SOPs, work instructions, inspection plans, strong MS Word and Excel skills, and knowledge of engineering drawings, BOMs, manufacturing processes, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, ERP, or document management systems. Work environment involves working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse with loud noise. Salary: $25–$27/hr DOE. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
