Quality Engineer (QE)

About the role

Work closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and other product teams to establish quality standards and implement continuous testing throughout the SDLC.

Tasks

• Work as a QE within the project team and actively participate in day-to-day development workflows.
• Perform manual and automated testing for Web and Backend applications.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites using Robot Framework with Playwright and Selenium WebDriver.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define quality levels and testing strategies.
• Create and execute feature, functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks.
• Create automated tests from scratch based on acceptance criteria and user journeys.
• Develop comprehensive test cases and test sets independently with minimal supervision.
• Pair with developers to improve testability and increase automated test coverage.
• Collaborate across product teams and provide input on feature design, data models, and testability.
• Analyze test results and production-quality signals to identify trends, root causes, and quality improvements.
• Design and implement testing infrastructure across different application domains.
• Review software development and testing processes and recommend improvements.
• Stay current with emerging AI/ML testing methodologies, evaluation frameworks, and QA automation technologies.

• Experienced Quality Engineers (QE) who can independently handle Web and Backend testing, both manually and through automation.
