Quality Inspector

WISE STAFFING GROUP is currently hiring Quality Inspectors for a scrap metal yard. We are looking for dependable, safety-minded individuals who can work independently and are comfortable working in an outdoor industrial environment. RESPONSIBILITIES - Inspect and identify different types and grades of scrap metal. - Learn and accurately distinguish between various scrap materials. - Maintain a safe and organized work environment. - Safely work around trucks, heavy equipment, machinery, and scrap materials. - Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines. - Work independently while making accurate grading decisions. REQUIREMENTS - Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, dust, and noise. - Previous scrap metal, recycling, industrial, or related experience preferred. - Ability to learn and accurately identify different types and grades of scrap material. - Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. - Skid steer or forklift experience is a plus! - Additional pay may be available based on experience and ability to operate equipment.
