Summary

Join Rukaiya Malik as a Quality Supervisor in Cypress, California. Reporting directly to the Director of Quality Assurance, you will lead a team of 10+ direct reports within the Quality Assurance Department. This multifaceted role requires collaboration with Operations, Engineering, and Crystal Manufacturing Departments, as well as external suppliers and customers in the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Internal Corrective and Preventative Action Requests (CAR/PAR)
• Assist in responding to customer Supplier Corrective and Preventative Actions, including Failure Analysis and Root Cause Analysis
• Conduct internal audits as part of the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Support the Quality Manager with various tasks and projects
• Assist during company-wide audits by external certifying agencies and customers, including the annual AS9100 audit
• Prepare company-wide quality metrics for management review with the Director of Quality Assurance
• Develop, update, and train employees on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and forms
• Write and update Procurement General and Detail Specification Control Drawings (SCDs) for production components
• Perform failure analysis on Returned Material Authorizations (RMA) and in-house failures in collaboration with engineering
• Coordinate outside laboratory testing and analysis as required
