RE VANTIX IS HIRING

3–6 Years Experience • Remote • Contract

Revantix is a free RCM advisory for independent medical practices, funded by disclosed referral fees from vetted billing partners. We're looking for an experienced RCM professional to join us in an auditing capacity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
— Audit client billing data to identify missed revenue, underpayments, and downcoding
— Investigate denial trends and determine root cause, not just resubmission fixes
— Evaluate partner billing companies' performance against their reported metrics
— Contribute findings to the free practice assessments we deliver to prospective clients

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
— 3–6 years of hands-on experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management
— Strong working knowledge of denial codes (CO, PR, OA) and payer adjudication behavior
— Experience with a major PM/EHR platform (Athenahealth, AdvancedMD, Tebra/Kareo, eClinicalWorks, or similar)
— Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for data analysis
— Strong written and verbal communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
— CPC, CPB, or CRCR certification
— Experience across multiple specialties (primary care, GI, behavioral health, etc.)
— Prior experience conducting third-party or vendor billing audits
