Job description
Requirements
- 10–15 Years
- Strong hands-on experience with C/C++, Python, and Linux.
- Expertise in RDK-B broadband components, including Wi-Fi/Mesh, DOCSIS, Fiber, LTE, or similar access network technologies.
- Experience troubleshooting end-to-end issues in broadband devices and resolving critical field issues.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, packet capture analysis, and source code debugging.
- Experience with monitoring and log analysis tools such as ELK Stack, Splunk, and Grafana.
- Hands-on experience with AWS S3, Athena, and QuickSight for large-scale device data analysis.
- Proficiency in Bash, Python, or Go scripting.
- Experience with SQL, anomaly detection, and production metrics analysis.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, Jira, and source code management.
- Senior/technical lead experience, including mentoring engineers and driving root cause analysis.
