Job description
Requirements
- 2nd–6th year associate
- Florida Bar admission preferred
- Substantive experience with commercial and complex real estate transactions and financings.
- Experience working with lenders, developers, financial institutions, investors, asset managers, servicers, and property owners on financing, development, and investment matters.
- Excellent academic credentials and strong legal writing skills are essential.
- Prior business experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus.
